An Invitation to Psychic Development with Ian Dale
Opening The Heart – Foundation Evening Class 7.30 – 9pm five weeks (£10 weekly)
We are being called to live through the heart. On this five week course we will explore the nature of the heart centre, some of the ways in which we close the heart and what happens as a result. We will also explore ways of opening the heart and how that can lead us into living more balanced and fulfilled lives. We will work with meditation, visualisation, discussion and group exercises to bring ourselves more deeply into our hearts so that we are able to give and receive more of the gifts held within.
This is a gentle introduction into psychic awareness and opening the heart. Students learn how to open and close their energy centers, read and understand subtle energies and to cleanse and protect the energy field.
Students will also learn to recognise the difference between the right and left-brain and practice exercises to control the two, (as this is fundamental to developing psychic senses). We will also work with the ego (yes, the voice that says we cannot do it!), and most importantly we will have fun! Everyone will develop at his or her own pace within a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
Intuitive & Energetic Awareness The role of truth is power, it is for the greater good, when you are in touch with your own truth you can feel and sense others. By understanding the subtle differences in energetic awareness we can become more acceptable of our own feelings and thereby recognise what we are picking up from other people and other realms. Colour, sound and multidimensional exercises allow students to empower themselves and connect with their truth.
Past Lives, Guides and Archangels Guided visualisations to allow students to embrace their innermost feelings, accepting the blueprint and reaching out to go within and unlock our true potential.
Anyone wishing to enrol for a class is embarking upon a personal journey of investigation and exploration that is best entered into whole-heartedly.
