Sound Healer Ian Dale joins Ayurvedic Health Educator and Shamanic Artist June-Elleni Laine to bring you a day of opening the heart and healing the space within, allowing you to build on firmer foundations and fulfil your potential. Using Tibetan bowls, ancient gongs and voice Ian will help you to release past hurts and re-establish your self-worth.
In today's society self-importance rears its head in the form of ego creation and sabotage, this workshop will help you to become more aware of your own energy type and increase with your self-worth so that self-importance is no longer necessary!
Please bring a sketch-pad and coloured pastels or pencils.
